July 25, 2001, Wednesday: We make a trip to Staint-Tropez: Wir finden einen Parkplatz am Hafen, wo eine stündteure Jacht neben der anderen liegt. Eddie Jordan, der am Wochenende da war (lt. “Var Matin”) begegnet uns aber nicht. Er ist wohl schon auf dem Weg nach Hockenheim. (At that time we were Formula-1-Fans, therefore out interest in Eddie Jordan, the boss of the Jordan-Team that existed in those days.)

The main reason, why we went to Saint-Tropez, was an exhibition of paintings by the Fauvist painter Albert Marquet. To see his paintings was great.
